I have found that the capabilities and noticeable effects I have felt from this adaptogen to reduce stress, especially after a long, busy, and stressful day, seems to help me slow down my ADHD brain as the day progresses.
If you are anything like me and have struggled with ADHD, you can relate to that latter part of the day where your body is begging you to ease up and apply the brakes a little bit, but your mind refuses to cooperate.
